I had set up a camera trap focused on this mossy branch because chipmunks and squirrels use it to reach a big log below my house where I leave out birdseed. Each time they pass through the invisible infrared beam it triggers the camera and flashes and takes a photo. In this case the chipmunk was heading back towards the forest at full speed because it saw my dog coming down the hill.
