Expanding Wave

I took this picture in late afternoon near Little River on the Mendocino coast of northern Califonia. At this place waves regularly rebound off an underwater rock and collide with other waves coming in from the open ocean, sometimes the collisions create beautiful thin sheets and sprays of seawater. Sitting on a nearby bluff I used a long telephoto lens to get the close angle of view.
