I took this photo along the trail from the Mendocino Presbyterian church down to Big River Beach on the morning after a gentle June rain. I had to climb partly into the rose bushes to get my camera at an angle that would show the church, and people walking to the beach kept getting startled when they saw me. The church looks upside down because the raindrop acts as a lens and inverts the image.
