This was on a full moon night in late summer. The water was flat calm and reflecting the lights of the town in a way that rarely happens. Because of the moonlight the landscape also is visible in this one minute exposure. Using a telephoto lens, I took the photograph from one of the overlooks to the south of Mendocino Bay.
