I sell my photographs matted in a white mat and ready to frame, or matted in a white mat and framed in a black metal frame with glass. See the drop down menus with the "Add to Cart” buttons for prices.
I print with an Epson 4900 printer using Epson Ultrachrome HDR inks on Epson Hot Press Natural smooth matte paper, which is a thick non-shiny cotton paper that won’t change color with age. When displayed under normal conditions, that is indoors and framed behind glass, prints with this ink and paper combination should last at least 70 years without noticeable fading. I hand title and sign each print on the white margin below the image area but high enough to be visible above the mat.
I mat everything with Rising brand 4 ply white 100% cotton rag mats, and for the backings I use 2mm Sintra pvc board.
For framed pieces I use Nielsen brand shiny black metal frames and UltraVue TruVue glass, which has a coating like what's on a camera lenses that reduces reflections without softening the image.
